So I've put up a preliminary wordmark. It proved difficult to find a way to represent doping, but I think it's pretty clear and it fits within our color scheme. Obviously, feel free to change if you've got something cooler. I also adapted Yoko's pre-existing, quite attractive infoboxes very slightly so that they fit into our colour scheme. Big mahalos to Yoko for having an infobox up and ready! Also, since we're on the subject of praise, I'm a big fan of the RSS feeds in the right rail. As this is a "newsy" sorta site, it makes all the sense in the world that we should be promoting coverage through syndicated feeds.

I like idea for a wordmark, so i didn't re-invented it, just tweaked. Also i have changed colors a little bit. In general layout is very nice. Good job!

I like your changes to the accent color! Very nifty. Hey what do you think of the secondary color on {{Infobox Athlete}}. I'm no longer convinced of it, I don't think. We should probably go to your new secondary color, right?

Hey you wouldn't have time to whip up three icons of the same basic kind would you? If we could get a symbol for the globe, a symbol for an athlete, a symbol for a bicycle, and that syringe up there oriented at a top-to-bottom 45% (so rotate by 45% to the right), we'd then have basic navigational icons for the front page.
We could then link those three icons to:

I did wordmark by myself (as a designer i think that is my duty, lol) and yes, i'll work on those icons, with pleasure.Â
