Wiki name

A quick Google search tells me that the word "doper" appears on only 675k pages, while "Doping" is on over 11 million. This suggests that the best name for the wiki is "Doping". Accordingly, I've been bold — or, deepening on your view of things, a thief in the night before the project is due — and changed the name of the Wiki and the wgMetaNamespace to "Doping". This incidentally helps wordmark design as it seems easier to depict "doping" than a "doper", since a human likeness is no longer required.

At the same time of the above change, I also added in a few aliases. We're now w:c:dopers, w:c:doper, and of course still w:c:athletedoper.

Don't forget to check http://community.wikia.com/wiki/Special:WikiFactory/576202/clog if you want to see any other changes I'm making with WikiFactory.
